INVESTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Please be aware that Pointon York SIPP Solutions Limited (PYSS) is a pensions administrator and acts on an execution only basis for instructions received from direct clients, or on instructions received from your adviser.

PYSS can take no responsibility for decisions made about investments or cash/cash equivalents by you or your adviser. We are unable to provide you with specific information on particular investments. You are advised to seek information directly from the investment provider and we will execute transactions as set out above. If the provider issues information to Crescent Trustees as the holder of your asset, we will issue such information in accordance with our terms and conditions.

As PYSS does not provide advice, where multiple instructions are received regarding one or more investments, PYSS will carry them out in order of receipt. Each instruction is covered by your/your client's agreement with PYSS and will be subject to transactions charges as set out in the 2008 fee schedule.
